THE 1ST LINE TECHNICAL ANALYST OPPORTUNITY
As a 1st Line Technical Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a critical role in delivering a best-in-class support experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the initial contact for technical issues via phone and email, logging and prioritising tickets efficiently
- Providing remote diagnostics and resolving first-line technical issues within agreed SLAs
- Escalating complex issues to 2nd Line support where appropriate, ensuring clear handovers
- Delivering clear, professional, and timely updates to clients throughout the support lifecycle
- Carrying out proactive maintenance tasks and supporting workstation builds, user setups, and onboarding/offboarding processes
YOUR KEY SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Around 2 years’ experience in a service desk or 1st line support environment
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to networking, firewalls, or Windows Server (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience working in client-facing or on-site support environments
