JOB TITLE:                                   Data Engineer
LOCATION:                                 Cirencester
SALARY:                                       £28,000 - £35,000
WAY OF WORKING:               Full Time | Hybrid | Permanent

THE BUSINESS:
C4S Search are pleased to be working with a well‑established and fast‑growing SaaS company.

THE DATA ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

Take ownership of data quality, structure, and consistency across multiple products and sources
Build processes and tooling to monitor, measure, and report on data integrity
Develop and improve data pipelines and flows into SQL Server to support reporting, dashboards, and future AI services
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify data needs, gaps, and opportunities for new insights
Support the development of infrastructure that enables advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases
Understanding of GDPR responsibilities when handling customer data
Genuine enthusiasm for data quality, structure, and analytical problem‑solving
Strong communicator able to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
