Tell us about who you are and what you do at C4S
Hey, I’m Ryan, Co-Founder and CEO of C4S Search. Ben Rutter and I, launched the business from a garage in 2012, and with the support & ambition of the leaders sharing this page with me, alongside a clear ‘north star’ vision, we have built one of the market-leading talent brands across Tech & Engineering.
Now trading for over a decade, our reach, expertise and knowledge have expanded, with the capability not just to secure world-class talent, but to also partner with businesses supporting everything from EVP through to onboarding, operating as a true ‘talent solutions provider’.
How long have you been with C4S?
Since its conception - July 2012! I still remember the first day. In a garage with two rickety old desks, two laptops, two mobile phones & two 23 years recruiters (myself & Ben) with one big vision…. but thinking where do we start!?
What is one achievement at C4S you are proud of?
Winning ‘Small Business of the year 2018’ was a very proud moment!! But the one that really stands out is winning ‘L&D employer of the year 2018’. We are huge advocates for growing organically and developing our people to grow great! We have invested hugely in our ‘Legacy’ training programmes, and winning this award was an amazing moment to see everyone’s efforts in providing world-class training being recognised.
What do you like to do outside of C4S?
Spending time with my wife and kids and keeping fit!
