JOB TITLE: Software Support Helpdesk
LOCATION: Southampton
SALARY: £35k
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time in Office

THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Taking phone calls from clients, finding out details about problems and logging this in service calls managed in our own copy of Priority.
- Responding to client enquiries
- Taking ownership of each case, working through each one logically and thoroughly
- Using SQL to interrogate problems and advising the developers where required.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Experience within customer facing roles, ideally in a software helpdesk environment
- Interest in learning more about software development
