JOB TITLE:    Senior Vendor Manager
LOCATION: London - Hybrid
PACKAGE:     £50-85k
WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid working
THE BUSINESS:
My client is a highly reputable Hotel chain with an outstanding global reputation.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
You will be responsible for managing my clients’ relationships with their key suppliers for Property Tech and Guest Tech. You will liaise with your peers in the regions and globally to drive key negotiations and contracts with procurement. You will oversee the major KPI’s and performance of the supplier and have the close relationship with them to support on the escalation and planning in long run. You will oversee the overall Budget and expenditure with these suppliers.
Key accountabilities:
  • You will manage relationships all key business stakeholders for hotel integrations, openings,…
  • You will act as an escalation point and have a counterpart on the vendor size to escalate and follow up all the list of issues, developments and enhancements
  • You will be responsible for all the contract renewal negotiations with procurement, reviewing the solution with other providers and leasing with the regions to cover solutions Worldwide and regional
  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss product offerings, pricing structures, and marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction with current services and recommending changes where needed.
  • Managing the end-to-end relationship with vendors, including negotiating contracts and handling post-contract issues such as claims resolution.
  • Developing long-term relationships with key partners to ensure continued business growth.
  • Recommending new products or services based on market trends.
  • Assessing the performance of vendors
  • Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards
Key Skills required:
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree and a minimum of 3+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of products and services offered within a hotel and hotel resorts.(Oracle and PMS Systems)
  • Excellent communications required (verbal and written); 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, financial and pricing
