T M group is a forward-thinking Proptech business. Following the pandemic, TM group has seen huge growth, resulting in an aggressive 6-month recruitment drive and the need for great tech talent to join their business quickly.

The challenge for C4S was more than just hiring. We had to understand the competition, identify untapped talent pools and build a more strategic plan to deliver a successful recruitment drive.


C4S proposed a 6-month Scale Solution. We ringfenced the business critical roles and presented a proposal that aligned with TM Group's timeframes and hiring goals.

We implemented an account manager and a delivery team of three, with specialist recruitment skills in key areas such as software development and project management.

Through their partnership with C4S, TM Group managed to dramatically increase their applications by 70% as well as their time to hire. In just six months, the time to hire for niche technical roles was decreased by 50%

On top of this, the additional value adds built a sustainable talent process fit for scale. We created market maps to identify strategic hiring opportunities. We implemented an IR35 Consultation process that allowed outside IR35 contractors in the business, and the new candidate & company packs improved both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
