A UK-leading financial advice company with over 600 employees required a dedicated talent partner that was capable of hiring niche technical talent for their ongoing digital transformation.

The Challenge for C4S was to identify talent in Swindon.


Due to the volume of hiring and continuous requirements for niche technology professionals, A Scale solution was proposed and agreed.

This transformed the relationship and helped move us from supplier to partner, making us an extension of their business. The Partnership model gave us exclusivity on all Tech roles and the opportunity to work closely with the hiring managers to improve results.

We implemented a thorough onboarding process to ensure the C4S team were integrated smoothly. This included meeting the hiring community to understand their needs, presenting our services and value add, collaboratively building talent processes to suit their needs, and agreeing on lines of communication to streamline the model.

Once onboarding was complete, it was time to deliver. We built a dedicated team of three experienced Talent Partners including an Account Manager for one point of contact.



The team delivered on all tech roles from graduate to C suite. This also included permanent and contract solutions, as well as additional value add, such as:

-        Job description creation

-        Candidate packs with additional screening info for hiring managers

-        Psychometric testing for C suite level roles

-        Designing an onboarding process

All of these improved the business's time to hire, and offer acceptance and their retention was at an all-time high.
