JOB TITLE: IT HELPDESK 1st LINE SUPPORT

LOCATION: Cambridgeshire

PACKAGE: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

WAY OF WORKING: 5 days a week - In office

IT HELPDESK 1st LINE SUPPORT OPPORTUNITY:

  • Within this role you will be working with the existing tech team (1st Line) dealing with client requests seeking help in resolving issues

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • A huge passion for IT and technology.
  • A proactive approach to support.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT products including Microsoft Windows Server, Core Infrastructure Server Hardware, Virtualisation, Exchange/Office 365, Azure.
  • Strong organisation skills.
