SALARY: £30,000 - £31,500 (Up to £44,000 OTE)

THE BUSINESS:

- A British Renewable Energy Company, specialising in providing green energy to customers.
- Looking for a BDM to join a rapidly expanding, award winning business development/sales team. This is a field-based business development and account management role.
- Responsible for supporting retention and growthy of the company’s client base,
- Building and maintaining long term relationships.
- Working with internal stakeholders to attract new business and upselling.
- Working closely with credit and finance departments to ensure cash and debt position is considered.
- Deliver individual and team targets.
- B2B sales, self-generate opportunities via networking and outbound campaigns.
- Build and deliver sales plan including sales forecast and reporting of pipeline.
- Provide aftersales support.
- Provide quotations, from initial tender to acceptance stage.
- Development and implement new bespoke ideas to existing and new customers.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Experience in the Energy Industry (desirable)
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, or a similar CRM
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Able to assess and interpret data and identify opportunities
