SALARY:                                      Up too £35,000 (Negotiable)

THE BUSINESS:

Managing flooding & Improving water treatment
Reducing water pollution
Designing and installing effective water management systems
Servicing of Hyrdo Equipment

THE PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

Develop and retain business, while maintaining the relationships already onboarded and gaining new clients in the chosen target sectors
Manage Business Development Initiatives
Support and contribute to overall Business Plan
Act as Project Manager for a portfolio of projects across the business ensuring efficient delivery safely and to time, budget and quality
Manage staff and equipment resources to ensure efficient project delivery
Ensure Internal CRM is accurate and up to date on a live basis
Support marketing initiatives
Support presentations as required at industry events
Perform other tasks as required in support of companies business development and development

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Previous experience in an Operational Management role
Experience in Business Development/Project Delivery in the Water Industry (desirable)
Proven track record in successful project management and delivery of consultancy or monitoring projects in the water industry, to safety, quality, time and cost constraints, or similar relevant experience (desirable)
Excellent report and proposal writing ability and experience in preparing proposals for technical professional services
Pride in the successful delivery of projects and in providing excellent customer service
A good communicator, both written and verbal
Interest in expanding a successful business
Prepared to travel throughout the UK and overseas if required
