JOB TITLE: Embedded Software Team Leader
LOCATION: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
SALARY: £55,000-£65,000 Per Annum
Regular salary review, Pension Scheme, Private Medical and Dental, Company bonus, Life insurance, 25 Days Holiday + three – four days between Christmas and New Year.
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time (37.5 hour week) | Hybrid, Wednesday in the office
THE BUSINESS:
My client have been working on some incredible products providing engineering solutions to important companies which has developed the UK's infrastructure through some amazing and ground-breaking work. These projects have improved the efficiency and safety of our road and rail networks.
The company is looking to grow and develop as they continue to deliver on fantastic projects.
The Embedded Software Team Leader will be working with and managing a team of 3 – 4 engineers.

THE EMBEDDED SOFTWARE TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY:
- Build Robust Software Solutions with integrity conforming to the highest safety standards.
- Lead your team on assignments whilst providing support and advice.
- Work with business clients to facilitate their requirements.
- Remain hands on and involved in the development of projects.
- Previous experience from a Software engineering role
- Experience of team leading/project management.
- Strong technical skills in current and evolving languages and technologies and the ability to pass on knowledge to those working around them.
- Linux based platform development
- Exposure to C++, Python & C
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network sockets, HTTP HTML
