JOB TITLE:                                   Product Technical Lead

SALARY:                                       £65,000 - £83,000

WAY OF WORKING:               Full Time | Hybrid

THE PRODUCT TECHNICAL LEAD OPPORTUNITY:

Lead the architecture, technical design, and hands-on development of a complex, user-facing software product.
Build and deliver high-quality Python backend features, driving them from concept to production.
Work with product and design teams to translate product goals into technical plans and ensure great user experience.
Guide and mentor developers, running Agile ceremonies and upholding engineering best practices.
Continuously improve systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance scalability, performance, and delivery speed.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Strong software engineering background with advanced Python skills (FastAPI or similar) and solid SQL/database expertise.
Experience delivering end-to-end software products and designing scalable, cloud-based systems with CI/CD pipelines.
Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Agile teams.
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and a product-focused mindset.
Desirable experience includes frontend technologies (TypeScript/React) plus exposure to cybersecurity, data-driven products, or SaaS platforms.
