JOB TITLE: Front of House Administrator
LOCATION: Newcastle Under Lyme
PACKAGE: £25-30K
WAY OF WORKING: Office based

My client is a family-owned company with multiple locations across the UK. They work with the professional services industry.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and well-managed Front of House experience. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, maintaining cleanliness in client areas, and providing refreshments for meetings. The position requires regular coordination with the Facilities Team, support with daily purchasing needs such as stationery, and adherence to the Front of House and Client Area Check List. Additionally, the role includes completing ad hoc administrative tasks aligned with Advisory Support Administration duties.

Key responsibilities:
- To be a first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the building and to proactively manage the Front of House
- Comply with the Front of House and Client Area Check List
- To be first point of call for incoming telephone calls
- Provide refreshments for clients, visitors and in-house meetings
- To liaise regularly with the Facilities Team, ensuring support
- To assist with purchasing requirements for the Company and any ad-hoc purchasing requests on a day-to-day basis, such as stationery
- Ensuring client areas are kept clear and tidy throughout the day
- To complete ad hoc administration work in line with Advisory Support Administration tasks
Key Skills/experience required:
- Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Intelligent Office, Papercloud and Pulse dealing system
- Ability to work under pressure at times
