JOB TITLE:                     IT Change and Transition Manager (PERMINENT)

LOCATION:                  Swindon, Wiltshire

SALARY:                        £40,000 - £54,000 per annum
Benefits include 10% pension scheme payments, 7.5% bonus plus income protection.

WOW:                             Hybrid role, two days in the office per month

THE IT Change and Transition Manager OPPORTUNITY:
  • Making sure that change policy and process is adhered to correctly and to a high level.
  • Running technical assessment and the change advisory board.
  • Running ECABs where applicable.
  • Monitoring process change in an effective and efficient way.
  • Producing management reports for analysis.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues and using these to improve the process.
  • Using best practice Service framework.
  • Create training and support documentation for IT service, to offer them support in the new operational system.
  • Using CSI to limit risk.
  • ITIL foundation certificate.
  • Applicable knowledge of IT change management.
  • Fantastic people and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Produce accessible reports from complex information.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Experience as a change manager.
