Role: Java Developer

Location: Cheshire, England

Salary: Negotiable (Dependant on experience)

Ways of working: Full time in office (5 days per week)

What qualifications are we seeking?

We don't tolerate defensive individuals who behave like prima donnas. In terms of technology, we don't obsess over proficiency in any particular stack because you'll be able to learn anything new quickly. Naturally, you should be well-versed in core Java. Other desirable abilities include a basic understanding of SQL, REST, and JavaScript. Prior knowledge of web security isn't required.
Our tooling includes IntelliJ IDEA, JUnit, Mockito, Git, Gradle, TeamCity, Docker, and a variety of AWS services. Prior experience with these tools is helpful but not required.
We hire people with a variety of experience levels, from those straight out of university to those with 20+ years of experience.

Working hours: Core hours are 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to begin any time between 8 am and 9:30 am.
