JOB TITLE: Sales Planning and Reporting Lead
LOCATION: Bracknell
SALARY: £50,000
WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid

THE SALES PLANNING AND REPORTING LEAD OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting into the senior sales leadership team, this role plays a vital part in supporting commercial decisions and driving performance through clear analysis, reliable forecasting, and streamlined reporting. It ensures market data is accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned to guide decision-making across the wider European network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate monthly sales and market data, maintaining consistent KPIs and reporting standards.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leaders to support performance reviews, pricing, and commercial decisions.
Market Forecasting & Planning
- Lead market forecasting and budget inputs, analysing trends, competitor activity, and product performance.
- Combine branch submissions into a coherent regional outlook for strategic planning.
Process Improvement & Tool Development
- Enhance reporting and forecasting tools, driving better data quality, automation, and usability.
- Implement best-practice processes across branches to improve consistency and efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the key contact for all reporting, data quality, and forecasting queries across the European network.
- Provide training and guidance to branches to strengthen reporting capability and performance analysis.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience in sales planning, business analysis, or commercial operations, with strong knowledge of European sales structures.
- Skilled in cross-country reporting, data governance, and advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages as an advantage.
- Desirable: interest in motorcycles
