JOB TITLE:                      BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION:                    Wiltshire
SALARY:                        £47,000 - £50,000
Benefits, including free onsite massages, hybrid working, further education and professional development.
Full time | Hybrid working - 2 days in the office | Permanent

Business Analyst

Take responsibility for the definition, documentation, and safe execution of projects, engaging with stakeholders and actively participate in all phases of the project.
Evaluate and make recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate.
Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring team members are motivated and developing their skills.
Plan the testing based on the requirements/scope, develop test plans, conduct tests according to plan, including coordination of test participants.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Have a technical background with knowledge of SQL, Software development lifecycle.
4-6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a relevant related role.
Experience of business analysis practices, project management practices and system testing and quality insurance.
