D365 CRM/CE Technical Lead

THE BUSINESS:
A leading educational client is seeking to expand its IT capabilities in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The organisation is modernising technology foundations, digitising processes, and driving digital transformation to enhance experiences for students, staff, and partners. The IT division operates through cross-functional agile teams focused on experience, development, testing, analysis, and delivery management.
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and manage Dataverse solutions, including PCF controls and custom pages.
- Oversee DevOps processes, release automation, and managed solution deployment.
- Provide 3rd line support, integrations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
- Advanced C# development including plugins, webhooks, and Custom APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and CRM SDK / REST APIs.
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments.
- Understanding of Azure and cloud-based architectures.
- Dynamics CRM Customer Service and Marketing implementations.
- Experience building portals with Power Pages.
- Managing enterprise-level relationship management processes.
- Setting standards for development and ensuring quality assurance.
- Experience working within Higher Education or complex enterprise environments.
