JOB TITLE: ICT Support Technician
LOCATION: Wiltshire
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent | 5 days a week on site
SALARY: £30,000-35,000

THE ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY:
  • To support and maintain in-house computer systems, workstations and peripherals and oversee the daily running of software, networking and technology related hardware at a 1st / 2nd line level.
  • This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting issues in a timely and accurate fashion and provide user assistance where required. They will support all Helpdesk enquiries and filter to the relevant members of the ICT Department.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
  • To support Business Systems, such as Themis (Deltek PIM) and its users in daily usage and training.
  • To set up, maintain and troubleshoot user accounts and security, on all systems and hardware, ensuring they follow Information Management and Information Security Management systems.
  • To carry out administrative tasks, maintenance, and update user profiles for Business Systems and other ICT management tools, using change management procedures where necessary.
  • Provide a first point of service for all ICT issues. Manage the requests and incidents through the call log, providing a 1st line and 2nd line fix resolution or escalating to other team members as appropriate.
