JOB TITLE: IT Service Desk Manager
LOCATION: Wiltshire
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent | 4 days a week on site
SALARY: £50,000-£70,000

THE IT SERVICE DESK MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
The company are looking for a passionate IT Service Desk Manager to oversee a dedicated team tasked with providing outstanding IT support. It's essential to champion service excellence, guaranteeing that each call is handled with the up-most professionalism. They are looking for someone who will devise straightforward and effective processes and procedures to streamline support, fostering a proactive "shift left" approach that enhances the customer experience.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Extensive experience of managing a Service Desk Team within different organisations.
- Successful implementation of ITIL processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of Industry best practices on Service Desk Management.
- Strong technical foundation with excellent 0365, desktop and application support skills
- Degree qualified preferred, and preferably MSc or the equivalent experience.
- Strong technical Desktop support, Microsoft 0365, and applications skills
- Good understanding of Active Directory
- First class communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels of business
- Highly motivated person who is passionate about delivering an outstanding service.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to be self-sufficient.
- The ability to take ownership and have a proactive approach to problem management whilst utilising other teams and 3rd party providers.
