JOB TITLE: Systems & Network Support Engineer
LOCATION: Bristol | Hybrid
PACKAGE: £55k+
WAY OF WORKING: WFH | Project Sites
THE OPPORTUNITY:

Exciting Opportunity to join an expanding team working within the UK Defence Sector with travelling to customer sites for project work.
There will be potential for home working however this is dependent on the volume of project work.
Successful candidate MUST HAVE current UK Security Clearance (SC) and Full Driving Licence

Key accountabilities:

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems and solutions.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
Conduct system upgrades and migrations as needed.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related inquiries.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Key Skills required:

Windows Server 2019/2016 Administration (MCSA standard).
Windows Client Support (10/11).
vSphere/VMWare/VDI Virtualisation.
Azure/M365 Administration/AWS Administration.
Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
Linux Administration.
Cisco/HP Network Administration.
Fortinet/Cisco NG firewall Administration.
Storage Area Network Administration.
Documentation/Process Creation.
