JOB TITLE: Networking Team Lead
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
PACKAGE: £50k - £55k DOE
WAY OF WORKING: Onsite – Full time – Permanent
THE BUSINESS: A leading manufacturing business.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Participate in establishing standards for WAN, LAN, WiFi, and Telephony domains.
Oversee the ongoing management and support of 3rd party suppliers.
Lead projects while also providing 10% support.
External WAN coordination through GDT.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in an MS-based infrastructure role.
Prior experience as a team leader is Ideal, however we are open to experienced 3rd line project experience who can step into a team leader position
We seek a proactive individual capable of quickly adapting and taking ownership of their responsibilities, enabling them to seamlessly assume their role.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IS environment, with a focus on Microsoft-based IS Infrastructure.
Comprehensive familiarity with IS networking technologies, processes, methods, and solutions.
Robust grasp of telephony, email, and related technologies.
At least one year of hands-on involvement in a position involving network and communications responsibilities.
Evidence of a track record in conceiving and executing novel network and communications solutions.
Insight into IT operations within a manufacturing setting.
Successfully orchestrated activities spanning numerous physical sites.
