- Lead the design and deployment of network architecture for customer systems
- Develop and maintain detailed network infrastructure documentation
- Evaluate and select products/services aligned with customer requirements
- Implement security measures to strengthen network infrastructure
- Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of network solutions
- Support pre-sales activities, including requirement capture and business analysis
- Provide guidance on escalated issues as part of fourth-line support
Your Key Skills
- Strong ability to design and implement network solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCDP) desirable
- Hands-on experience with Cisco SD Access, Firepower Firewalls, Catalyst/Nexus switching
- Knowledge of network automation tools (Auvik, Ansible/AWX, Netmiko)
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi design and tools such as Ekahau
- Exposure to firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper) and security solutions
- Understanding of Operational Technology networks and protocols (Modbus, BACnet)
