JOB TITLE: SOFTWARE ARCHITECT
LOCATION: Bath, Somerset
SALARY: £45,000 - £65,000 plus company shares
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time Hybrid role with two days per week in the office
THE BUSINESS:
It’s an exciting time to join this business. They are a small start-up who have just been credited a large government grant and are therefore going through a period of growth, secured over the next three years.
You, as a mid – senior level software developer will have the autonomy to take the business forward and make meaningful decisions such as which technical platforms to use.
The company’s vision is to create decentralised internet coverage that will dynamically link internet from people’s homes and business to create a strong service for the user.

- Working directly with the CIO and CEO
- 2nd hire in a growing team
- Leading and mentoring junior software developers
- We don’t mind which software stacks you’re experienced in
- 2 years’ experience in writing and developing software
- Problem solver
- Self-starter
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Previous experience from a software developer or software architect
- Demonstrable experience in professional software development
- Degree in maths, science, engineering, or economics
- Experience in DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and continuous integration.
- AWS experience
