- Strong academic record with excellent A levels and a degree, likely in a technical or scientific discipline.
- Patient, methodical, and tenacious in pursuing a problem until a solution is found.
- Careful and precise with words, and sometimes need to temper pedantic instincts.
- Act as a liaison between software developers, customer success, product management, researchers, and customers.
- Assist customers with deploying products in various environments.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to make technical sales.
- Engage with customers using modern enterprise video communications to ensure they make the best use of software.
- Work with software developers to understand product features and customer usage.
- Partner with the Growth team to ensure potential customers maximize product trials.
- Investigate bug reports and attempt to reproduce, diagnose, and fix issues.
- Liaise with technical product managers to prioritize software development work.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a varied audience.
- Methodical problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out research to obtain relevant knowledge.
- Passion for technology, particularly enabling security through continuous deployment in DevOps.
- A helpful attitude with a positive, can-do outlook and the ability to delight customers beyond their expectations.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity, software development, computer science, system administration, networking technologies, web application development, programming languages, and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
