JOB TITLE: Test Manager - Cyber Assurance

LOCATION: Ipswich - Office based

SALARY: £70K - £80K

WAY OF WORKING: Full time in the office, based in Ipswich

THE ROLE:

• Contribute to ensuring Security Solutions are robust. 
• Formally manage a team of 15-20 people.
• Work directly with customers to understand and capture requirements and user stories.
• Manage automated testing solutions and provide ongoing support to team members.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Up-to-date and proven hands-on experience of HP ALM, Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) or similar.
• Proven, formal management experience:  Performance reviews, training and development planning etc...
• Knowledge of industry standard Security solutions or have delivered security project.
• Role requires eligibility to be able to gain the highest levels of security clearance.
