Job Title - Web Development Manager

Their Purpose:

Our client is a market leading reseller, based in the North Wiltshire area.

Salary & Benefits: £45K-50K

About the Job:

• Lead Web Developement team, over-seeing development of digital products and services.

• Support the implementation of the organisation’s digital strategy and help to shape it, working closely with the Director of Digital Strategy and Head of Technology.

• Customisation of Content Managemt System (CMS)

• Where needed, support external contractors to ensure on time and high-quality project outcomes

• Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports as well as managing, supporting and motivating staff. Create a positive working environment where direct reports can flourish as an individual and within the team

About You:

• Worked with technologies including Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, Javascript, Typescript, React, Next.js

• Extensive experience within a digital agency or digital development environment.

• Proven ability in frontend and backend development.

• Extensive experience of working with Git version control

• Proven, formal, management experience.
