SALARY: £60k - £65k + £5k car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a market leading MSP delivering award-winning IT Support, cybersecurity, and clous solutions to businesses nationwide. They pride themselves on a people-first approach, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on customer experience and long-term partnerships.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
We’re after a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across medium-sized and commercial clients. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales process - from finding new leads to closing deals - while building lasting, trusted relationships with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive New Business: Identify and secure opportunities across commercial and mid-market clients.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Lead the process from first contact through to contract signing.
- Consultative Approach: Understand client challenges and tailor solutions that add real value.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with marketing and technical teams on campaigns, proposals, and bids.
- Hit and Exceed Targets: Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasts, and deliver consistent results.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Proven Sales Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales within MSP or IT services, with success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of managed services, Microsoft Cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Strong Commercial Skills: Confident in negotiation, deal structuring, and presenting ROI-driven solutions.
- Self-Motivated & Organised: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Desirable:
- Commercial & Strategic Skills: Experienced in responding to tenders and RFPs, collaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns, and applying structured sales methodologies.
- Education: Degree-qualified in Business, IT, or a related field.
